The Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) is committed to building a culture of quality, security, and safety through research and education of contractual awareness and policy transparency. We strive to minimize community consequences and long-term financial exposure and risk while enhancing and protecting the value of our properties and lifestyles.

Objectives
- Understand the Kolter implied and actual community and resident enticements and promises.
- Researching and comprehending the contractual First Services agreement.
- Researching and comprehending contractual maintenance warranties/agreements/logs between First Services vendors and contractors. (ex. MTS, infrastructures, and amenities)
- Protect our financial investment, on-going risk, and exposure.
