Mission

The Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) is committed to building a culture of quality, security, and safety through research and education of contractual awareness and policy transparency. We strive to minimize community consequences and long-term financial exposure and risk while enhancing and protecting the value of our properties and lifestyles.

In fulfilling our community commitment and the council's mission, we value honesty, fairness, firmness, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation, and neighborliness in all our actions.

Objectives

  • Understand the Kolter implied and actual community and resident enticements and promises.
  • Researching and comprehending the contractual First Services agreement. 
  • Researching and comprehending contractual maintenance warranties/agreements/logs between First Services vendors and contractors. (ex. MTS, infrastructures, and amenities) 
  • Protect our financial investment, on-going risk, and exposure.
